The cooler weather continued through the start of last week but then got hotter on Friday and through the weekend before easing off again yesterday. The hottest days were generally on Saturday or Sunday but this varied according to cloud cover and Black Globe temperatures. The coming week looks to be more unsettled so although we will get some hot afternoons and hot days cows will probably be able to shed any heat load they acquire in these conditions on the following days limiting the impact.
